I put together a list of items you will find useful when bringing home your new puppy.
I do not have an affiliation with any company but I did add links just to make it easier.
Feel free to buy from any supplier you prefer.

Collar:
Martingale is they type I prefer as they can not back out of it.

Harness:
I so prefer a harness when walking and much like a thunder vest, it can make your pup feel more secure. This one has a front clip as well to help with pulling.

Leashes:
This is hands down my favorite leash. It has a handle to make it a shorter leash for training and can also be wrapped around your waist (once your dog is trained on a leash) for hands free control. We use it when we are at a winery or patio restaurant to wrap the leash around our leg or the table.
https://www.amazon.com/Kurgo-Multi-Functional-Reflective-Adjustable-Training/dp/B003NSCCMA?th=1
A smaller, lighter leash may be preferable when first leash training your pup. Any brand will do, I recommend a comfort grip handle.
Kennel:
I don't really have a preference on the brand of Kennel but definitely recommend kennel training. Its very helpful with house training and If your dog ever needs to be kenneled for grooming or in case of emergency, they will feel safe and comfortable.

Snuggle buddy:
These are wonderful for helping them sleep through the night. I put them in the kennel with them or in their playpen as they get older

Bully sticks:
https://www.chewy.com/bones-chews-made-in-usa-curly-bully/dp/114671
Yes, Bully Sticks are so expensive! And there is a reason, they are great for keeping them busy for a long time. There are a few different brands available but for the best, longest lasting stick, select the uncut, whole stick.
Brushes:

For removing mats only
https://www.chewy.com/frisco-shedding-rake-dog-brush-one/dp/233471
For daily brushing
Playpen:
These are a life saver while puppy is house training. It gives them a safe place to play and you piece of mind knowing they are not into anything. Use the pee pad under in case of accidents. I prefer the 30" as I can still lean over to pick up puppy or toys. If you have a climber, you may need the taller version.

Potty tray:
This is not necessary but can be helpful as they learn to housetrain. I put it in the playpen while they are learning and then will move it close to the door to get them used to going to the door when they have to potty.
IRIS USA Pee Pad Holder, https://a.co/d/aAAiu4a
Washable dog pad:
https://www.chewy.com/paw-inspired-washable-dog-pee-pads/dp/235144
These are awesome! I use them under the playpen, in the back of the car and on my good rug while puppy is chewing on their bones.
Shampoo:

Dog bowls:
I like a sturdy bowl stand so the pup does not step on the side and spill their food or water. This is one of the many I have, there are a lot out there that will do the trick. I do prefer a solid top so if they do climb on it, they wont get a leg stuck.

My daughter uses this and loves it:
